Packaging - all of my jewellery is wrapped in tissue paper inside a box and then posted in padded envelopes or sturdy boxes.

Returns - I try to make sure that your jewellery is packaged securly so that it will arrive safely. However, if something should happen to your jewellery whilst in the post please contact me within 3 days.  I regret that refunds cannot be given on earrings for health and safety reasons.

Repairs - Although I make every effort to make sure that all fastenings are secure, and all jewellery is subjected to testing before I post it to you, if anything does happen to your items, it is guaranteed for 12 months. If you jewellery requires repair withing the 12 months of purchase then please contact me immediately to arrange your free repair or replacement. Repairs after 12 months can be carried out but at a small charge will be made to cover materials and postage.

Alterations - if you require any alterations to your jewellery then please contac me within a month of purchase to organise this. There is no cost for resizing jewellery but there will be a charge to cover postage.

Workshops - I am only able to offer refunds on workshop fees if someone else can fill the space as materials will have already been ordered or I have to cancel the course. If you are unable to attend a workshop you have booked a place on then please let me know as soon as possible.
